(1) Home Screen 

  • Quickly view your daily progress, including total calories consumed, calories remaining, and your last recorded weight. 
  • Log your daily calorie intake by clicking the ‘Enter Calories’ button. Search for foods, scan barcodes, or enter custom items, then submit your entries. 

(2) Support Group  

Learn about the Micro Support Groups feature

  • Access your ATWel Support Group by pressing the ‘Go to ATWel Support Group’ button.  Learn more about this feature here.
  • On the Support Group page, see your information from the Home Screen alongside other group members’ progress. 
  • Use the chat feature to connect, share updates, and encourage one another. 
  • Visit the Feed page to view all group activity, including weight and food submissions. 

(3) Monthly Progress Reports

Learn about Monthly Progress Reports in App

  • Submit your monthly progress report directly from the app by clicking ‘Click Here to Submit Monthly Progress Report.’ 
  • If it’s time, you’ll see an overview and can proceed by pressing ‘Agree and Start Progress Report.’ Fill out the required information, submit it, and follow the prompts to finalize payment. If it’s too early, you will see a message. 
  • Receive confirmation of submission along with patient information and a receipt once complete.
