This website and our Services are not directed to nor intended for use by minors under the age of eighteen (18) years. Absolutely Thin will not sell, license, transmit or disclose your Personal Information unless (1) it is required or permitted by law; (2) is expressly authorized by you either verbally, in writing or by electronic means  or (3) is necessary to enable Absolutely Thin contractors, affiliates or agents to perform certain functions for us. With all such disclosures, we will abide by applicable law and will require the recipient to protect the information and use it only for the intended purpose.

Website tracking on our website does not provide us with personal information about our site visitors. However, the program does gather the following technical information about each visit, none of which can be used to determine personal information about a website visitor: internet service provider name, browser type, and internet protocol (IP) address.

We also share such information as a part of medication refills or if you transfer pharmacies or if you request reassignment to another medical care provider within our network. We do not sell your information at any time to any one for any reason. However please note that if you choose to send Personal Information by email you accept the risk that such information may not be secure and that an unintended third party may intercept and use your Personal Information, despite our reasonable efforts to the contrary. You also agree that if you participate in any Absolutely Thin chat room, video conference, seminar, email discussion or other activity in which you may choose to share information about yourself, that such use by you may compromise your Personal Information and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Absolutely Thin, its affiliates, contractors, employees, members, officers, agents and assigns to the maximum degree allowed by law.

In addition to all other methods and protocols (including those otherwise noted in this Privacy Policy), Absolutely Thin has adopted and adheres to reasonably appropriate security policies and takes reasonable precautions designed to protect non-public Personal Information. We protect electronic information behind a firewall and encrypt all data submitted to us via online forms through our website. We periodically subject our website to simulated intrusion tests and have developed comprehensive disaster recovery plans. If we discover that your Personal Information has been breached, we will notify you within a reasonable amount of time after we discover the breach and in the manner required by law.

Security

The internet is never 100% secure. So regardless of our reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information and to insure you a pleasant experience with our website, mishaps can occur. We are not responsible for viruses, hackers or other technology matters beyond our reasonable control. Nor can we or do we promise or guarantee that our website will always be fully functional or that it will perform to your personal satisfaction. 

Ability to Access, Update and Correct Personal Information

We retain all Personal Information for the time and in the manner required by law. But as a practical matter, we purge Personal Information of those individuals who are no longer patients on a scheduled basis of not less than seven years.
