Enter Weight
The ‘Enter Weight’ section allows you to log your current weight, view your weight history, and see a graph of your progress over time.

(1) Record Weight
- Some people prefer to track their weight every day. You have the option to record your weight whenever you like. Simply press the ‘Enter Weight’ button to log your weight.
(2) Weights
- Pressing the weights icon at the bottom center will display your weight loss progress in a timeline format


- If you need to delete a weight entry or correct a mistake, simply swipe left on the item and select ‘Delete’ to remove it.
(3) Graph
- Pressing the graph icon in the bottom right corner will show your weight loss progress in a graph view.
- After each weigh-in, your progress graph updates automatically to reflect your latest entries. A sample graph is displayed after multiple days of recorded weigh-ins, helping you visualize your progress over time.
