Bio: The provider is a board-certified family nurse practitioner practicing in Maryland. She began in healthcare in 2011 as a nurse and has been a nurse practitioner since 2018. She strongly believes in lifestyle modifications to improve health such as diet, adequate sleep, exercise, and stress management. She has helped countless patients lose weight & regain their health by reducing cholesterol numbers, reducing blood pressure & allowing the patient to become more active.
