Bio: Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience spanning acute care, psychiatric medicine, & preventive health. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, where she graduated with distinction, & has since built a reputation for delivering compassionate care that empowers patients to take control of their health & well-being. Her practice philosophy focuses on root-cause healing, combining science with a deep respect for the body’s ability to recover when given proper support. Her goal with Absolutely Thin is to help clients achieve long-term success by creating personalized treatment strategies that improve metabolic health & restore confidence from the inside out. Outside of her clinical work, Anna continues to study functional & integrative medicine, exploring innovative approaches to metabolic balance & nutrition. She thrives on motivating patients to reach their goals, where every success—no matter how small—is celebrated.
