Notes: Must have a BMI of 25 or higher, be 65 or younger & a 30 day break after 120 consecutive days on phentermine is required.

Bio: I have been helping patients overcome medical issues, including weight loss and acne, for over 10 years. I am originally from Georgia but have spent most of my life in Michigan.
