Karen, DNP, APRN, is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of advanced practice nurse experience & has dedicated more than 30 years to healthcare in the Milwaukee area. With a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care, Karen empowers individuals to achieve optimal health through education, supplements, & medications. Throughout her career, Karen has experience across specialties, including Endocrinology, Gynecological Oncology, OB/GYN, and Hospital Medicine. She completed her graduate training (MSN) as a Nurse Practitioner at Marian University and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. In addition to her clinical expertise, Karen is a Certified Nurse Educator, with over 10 years of experience teaching at both the graduate & doctoral levels. Outside of her professional life, Karen enjoys hiking with her spouse and dogs, exploring the outdoors on their motorcycle, and spending quality time with their adult children.

My name is Heidi Dumas, I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and have been for 15 years now. I was a Nurse for 19 years before that. I live currently in Wisconsin, rural area, but am licensed in Minnesota & Montana, as I have lived there as well. I enjoy providing patient care & education for woman / men. Preventative, as well as care for chronic/long term health issues and concerns. I also work in a rural health care clinic setting providing care for all ages. I Love encouraging & empowering people to feel the best they can & work together with clients/patients to meet those goals / needs in a realistic way. I currently provide weight loss recommendations & guidance, this includes many oral medications that can help with cravings, as well as anxiety and emotional eating that so many of us struggle with. I have 4 children, from 29 years old down to 23 years old, three sons and one daughter.
