I am Lisa Johnson. I have been a nurse practitioner for six years and a nurse for 39 years. I have practiced in most areas of family care, from clinic practice to long-term care to hospice. I enjoy my patients, and my passion is prevention and wellness. I came to Colorado in 2008 and call it home. In my free time, I like to see my children and grandchildren scattered in soon-to-be five states, including Colorado. I enjoy my grandbabies, traveling, hiking, viewing art, listening to classical music, camping, and working overseas. I look forward to seeing you in our telehealth clinic soon!

I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I was born and raised in Oregon and later moved to Arizona where I met my husband of nearly 27 years. We moved to Colorado in 2010. I’m a mother of 4 adult children, 3 girls and 1 boy. I’m a new grandma, my favorite role yet! In my free time I love to read and spend time with my family and with my 2 rescue German Shepherds. I have had the pleasure to work at Craig Hospital on the spinal cord injury floor, the Mayo Clinic, in Surgical Oncology, and the operating room and at a level 2 emergency room. I am passionate about preventative medicine and believe that living a long life is not the same as living a good life. Let’s take this journey together!
