County Ambulatory Care Network has given me continued exposure to the underserved population and broadened my clinical skills and understanding of the specific social determinants of health.

The provider graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2012, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While earning her bachelor’s degree, she was a collegiate gymnast, and was also inducted into The National Society for Leadership and Success, Sigma Alpha Pi. She furthered her education in the specialty of Women's Health. Graduated from Georgetown University in 2018, with a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Member of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, and World Professional Association for Transgender Health.

Dr. Monika do Valle Is a compassionate physician who specializes in helping individuals achieve their best self, which encompasses achieving a weight that promotes healthy living. With over a decade of experience, Dr. do Valle has a deep understanding of how obesity affects overall health and quality of life, and he is committed to providing personalized care that addresses both the physical and medical aspects of weight loss. Furthermore, She understands that weight issues are often deeply intertwined with mental well-being, and has been treating conditions like binge eating disorder, emotional eating, and body image issues.

Sunil Kurup, MD is a dedicated and highly experienced physician, possessing a distinct blend of business acumen and clinical expertise. Dr. Kurup is board-certified in Family Practice and Sports Medicine. Passionate about improving patients’ overall well-being and self-confidence, Dr. Kurup narrowed his focus to regenerative medicine, aesthetics, and weight loss.
