We prefer the term "Fast" for the food portions of our weight loss programs. The "Fast" may be mildly active (800-100 calories per day) or strongly active (400-800 calories per day). We recommend several types of food programs and make recommendations as follows:

You can order your food supplies from this website and have them shipped directly to your home.

The program is simple to follow and very healthy for weight loss. The disadvanteges are that you must commit to eating only the supplied food during your fast.

Our own recommendation of specific selected dinners which can be prepared in a microwave oven.
